Our production systém fully conforms to the Toyota Production System (TPS) principles. Lean production, Just in Time deliveries to our customers and the kanban production management system are essential parts of our daily work. Aoyama group developed its own TPS system derivate to cover specific needs of the production of automotive fasteners. This internal system which we use at our company is called A-PICS (Aoyama Production Information Control System).
An integral part of our production system is built-in quality control procedures in each production process. Our company follows the philosophy that quality control should be done after each process instead of the single final inspection. This approach allows us to identify any possible nonconformities at the place of the actual root cause.
